All items are proudly made in the USA and are made to order. Handling time for all orders is 1-2 business days. We have no stock and no inventory. We ship out only fresh-made blankets and apparels to all our customers For this reason, we cannot accept No exchanges and No return No refund. Clearance items are final sale. Stroller size blankets (30 x 35) bought at full price may Not be return. No return is approved.

Acquiring an RA Number:
- 1. E-mail email@example.com, explaining the grounds of your return/exchange request. Be sure to include the name used in purchasing the product(s) and your contact information as well as the Invoice number.
- 2. Our Returns Department will then review your case; please allow 1-3 business days for us to get back to you.
- 3. Once approved, we will send you an RA# via e-mail.
- 4. Place a copy of your original order in your box when you ship it back to us.
- 5. Upon receiving your return, it may take us up to 5 business days before we ship out your replacement and/or grant you credit.
- 6. Payment for shipping the order back to you will be calculated through FedEx or USPS. The shipping charges can be taken by credit card, PayPal, or deducted from your store credit.
- 7. Depending upon where you live, your order could take up to 4-5 business days (we are shipping from Los Angeles, CA).
Please note that My Blankee Inc. merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. Returns will only be accepted from orders placed through the official My Blankee Inc stores.
